The same story happened to me they are still charging and i cancel like 4 months age. And to talk to someone you have to wait like 1 hour, alll they do is steal your money. That is their main job. I hate them they are the worst company ever. I told the guy I was not going to pay $321.00 and all they say is ok then you wiil be sent to a collection agency.
