Ripoff Unauthorized Debit Withdrawles Decieving credit card company signs you up for a card without your consent and then steals money from your account

I looked at my checking account and I saw a withdrawel fro 129.00. There was a phone number by the account with the letters PBG by it. I immediately picked up the phone and called the number. The women who I spoked to said I had authorized for a credit card from this company and withdrawel of 129 from my account. I told her to cancel the card and that I had never authorized that. She responded by saying she had voice recording of me. I told the women nicely to put the money in my account and I want to dispute the charge. The women was rude and not very helpful. I since went to the bank closed my account and disputed the charge there. I don't know what else to do.
