I started getting charges in January from this place, and never thought anything of it because my husband was doing some credit monitoring service through his work, so I thought the charges were for that. Come to find out that it was not through his work after seeing it for a few months and finally complaining to him.
I called this Consumer.info's number and they said that it was an account for some other guy!!! Not even me. I know I did not sign up for this because I never use this card online. So, they credited me for two months and now I have to jump through hoops to get the other 4.
What a crappy way to do business. Do not fall into this trap. It is just as easy, if not easier, to get your information directly from the credit bureau.
