I canceled my membership after fullfilling my contract and 1 month later they are tapping into my account and deducting more money for DVD's without authorization. You try to contact them and if you don't have an account number you can't get through on the automated system to even to talk someone. I finally had to go through my bank and file Fraud charges against this company. Do NOT join Columbia House DVD Club, they will rip you off.
