I am writing to let everyone know in the town of Bath Ny that I was totally horrified by the treatment I recently recieved at the bath store, which by the way is typical because I have never got a nice salesperson there the whole time I have been there. My sister and herdaughter and I where all very anxious to be trying on clothes and playing around well we where back in the stalls trying on our clothes and then went about our business of going back and getting more clothes well, we thought everything was fine until the rude assitant manager came back and instead of directing her question to a adult started yelling at my niece that (how did we get back there with out a key I stated you unlocked the door for us in the stall marked #2 and than when we came back it was locked and this one was opened well I apologized to her and thought everything was ok.
Until when we where trying to get out of the stall the assistant manager proceeded to start spraying perfume which by the way I am allergic too, all around in front of the stalls and down the hall etc. This is when I lost it I asked what she was doing spraying perfume on and around us she stated that this was custumary and I responeded I hardly doubted it since people are allergic and I wanted a better explanation because I am sorry that is lame, she also yelled at my niece and asked her was she purposely picking up things in dropping them to the floor. This was before the perfume incident I was upset because it made me feel is though the lady was a. Trying to say we stink or b. Trying to get rid of us in which case niether is acceptable since we are beautiful educated people and had money to spend, the next day ironically my other sister went to the same store and she overheard the staff including the assitant manager relating the story they where saying that they should of called the cops, and that my sister told me to shut-up and all of this crap, I am upset because #1
I was trying to get to the bottom of why you would spray perfume on customers harrass them about trying on clothes that you knew that the where doing because you let them in there, I realize I was in a different stall but it was unlocked and I have done this before and also there I might add know problem so that was irratating but I let it go until I was bombarded with perfume I asked nicely I should of least got a apology not the cold respinse that got I ask for a # of a manager not assistant manager but the actually manager I also asked for the distric manager I got know response until finally I said I am sorry I don't know what your problem is I just want the #.. This incident will stick in my mind and that of my nieces please let me know if you think I was wrong.
