Please help. We have moved from CA to TN. United Express Moving Systems, dba Fastrak Movers 9819 Glen Oaks Blvd, Sun Valley CA 818.504.1844 quoted us a price of $. 50 per pound to move us. They have only guess-t-mated the weight and are refusing to weigh our belongings for an actual price.
The price quoted was 50 cents per pound and after they loaded out belongings onto their truck and they now say that we have to pay $6502.00 from the orginal $3000 estimated price. They have everything we own and we do not know what to do. Should we pay?
We have everything to lose. I want them to weigh the shipment for an actual price. Please help. We are quickly running out of money, and again, they have everything we own and are refusing to weigh the truck. They are holding us hostage. Thank you for your time. This is AMERICA and I believe that we have rights.
