I am making a trip to UK in July. I needed my Siemens SL56 cel phone unlocked to use in UK. I found this company on the internet that does this service. I sent them payment by PayPal. I was then to send my cel phone to them so they could unlock the phone and then ship back to me in Canada.
Before I sent the phone I found out that the Siemens SL56 was not supported in the UK. I e-mailed the company explaining what I found out and asked for a refund. No answers to my e-mails (10). I also left them two voice mails, no answer back.
When they did answer back they said what are you going to do about it. They will not send refund. Not sure why. Very por business practices. I guess being in Canada and they are in the USA they figure that they are safe. What can I do from Canada! 1
