4/23/06 ordered SIM Saver from The Travel Insider though PayPay. Received product within one week. SIM Saver did not function as promised.instructions were at best poorly written. Sent multiple emails to Mr. Rowell with only curt replys and insults. Spoke with Travel Insider returns dept and was instructed to return item. Returned SIM Saver 5/29/06 as per instructions. Made follow-up call and was told I would not get refund. I declined offer of replacement SIM Saver. There were no apologies from this company and they were total failures in customer service. Have not been this disgusted with any online service in 20 years!!!
