I purchased an LG blue-ray player (BD570 player) with WiFi capability earlier this year in Florida because of its advertized access to Netflix. I brought it back with me to Canada, installed it to find out it wasn't supported by Netflix Canada.netflix has since announced that several of the LG's were now supported in Canada, all in the 600's series. How difficult is it to include this particular model, especially since it is already supported in the U.S. If it can't be done, I'll have no choice but to discontinue my membership at the end of the 1st month.
2ndly, your web site should include an e-mail address where this kind of questions could be sent. Even your customer service reps can't send this kind of customer feedback higher up in the company.
