I purchased 2 Ionic Zone electrostatic air purifiers in September for $19.99 each, plus shipping and handling fof $10.00, for a total of $49/98. They were totally useless. I tried them for almost a month and they did nothing, no improvement, it was like they weren't even in the rooms. So, I paid a lot of money to return them on December 29. I received a delivery confirmation receipt that they received them on 1/7/07. I have contacted them twice and still no credit to my credit card. I even recevied an email from Mike in sales on Fri, 3/23/07 asking me to send him my tracking information and he told me he woul "personally make sure you get your credit today". HA - that was over a month ago, and still no credit. What a rip off company they are!!
