On 11/6 I ordered an Ionic Zone UVC Induct Air Sanitizer Model IZ - UV80 for $279 dollars which included free shipping. When I received the unit, they sent a Model IZ-72 that sold for $219 dollars and include free shipping but they billed my credit card for the $279 dollar model. I called them numerous times before anyone answered, explained my problem, they claimed the cheaper model did not include free shipping, keep the unit they sent because they could not get the better model and they would credit my card for $40 dollars. They did not credit my credit card so I called back a couple weeks later, they said they would credit card as soon as they got off the phone. It is now January 14, they never credited my card, don't answer e-mails nor the phone. I contacted the BBB who returned an email saying "We are sorry that we have been unable to achieve your desired adjustment." They also said if I desire to pursue the matter further to contact: Small Claims Court
