Mike Alcantara accepted my credit card for an order through his web site Http: www.IonicZone.com. I never received the product.
I have read all the usacomplaints.com articles, about people getting ripped off and this, is yet another. The one common argument from Mike has is; no person picks up the phone and give him a call. Well, I have called and emailed until I am blue in the face, with no action from the Manager, Mike.
The reason given as to why the products I paid for were not delivered are as follows: 1) That Shipping Department dropped the ball 2) We are moving into a new warehouse 3) We lost $3,000.00 moving to a new location and had to fire the part time person we had putting his units together 4) Sorry, it will be there Monday for sure (Heard this a bunch of times) and so on...
Reading Many of the online ripoffs on this company, Mike mentions that anyone putting something on this site, will no longer receive service and or the products they ordered. I guess this is his justification as to why he should keep our money and not deliver. That's ok Mike, I would rather not deal with you or your company so no problem. Keep the 45 bucks and put it toward more advertizing. Sooner or later, people will get the idea, either from here or just from looking at the Nevada Better Business Bureau; where there are still open customer complaints waiting for you to take action.
