I have purchased so many items at Robinson's May that have gone defective and the store won't do a damn thing about it. Recently, 11-04 I bought a expnsive watch and as of yesterday 4-17 the watch slowed down. The watch was 300 dollars on clearence. I returned it today to Robinsons and they wern't going to do a thing for me. I have not even paid it off on my credit card. Finally they are going to send the watch to repair.
A couple years ago I bought 2 Ionic Breezes, very expensive air purfirers at Robinsons May and 1 of them just stopped working, again I had the receipt and returned the ionic breeze, again they said sorry sucker... Lucky me, Sharper Image is a great company they sent me a free ionic Breeze... NO thanks to Robinsons May.
I have bought more than one time - 2 times to be exact, perfume from Estee Lauder and the bottles do not spray and this past Christmas I bought a gift and when I got it home the gift box had a big white stain on the package. Thats it I am finished shopping at the store!!!
Above all this... Store personell are Rude!!! The Estee Lauder cosmetic sellers are so Rude and stuck up, Its like what do you do for a living... Sell toilet water?
