Never recieved package I was charged for, cancelled account and got no refund

I contacted Extreme Brite White about two months ago, and cancelled my account after being charged $69.99 eight days after recieving the free trial. I was reassured that I would not be charged for any further packages beyond the one that I had already had charged to my account.

While they held true to no further charges, I assumed that I would either recieve the package I was charged for a few weeks later, or be refunded. Neither happened.
