This person has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from Northwest citizens in the past in 2006 and 2007 through his several businesses which include: Martin Winn, Northwest Sunrooms, NW Sunrooms, Northwest Finish Sunrooms, Sunrooms Northwest, Sunrooms NW, and also doing business as a mortgage loan broker / specialist.

We believe Joe is currently in the Hillsboro Oregon area, or Ridgefield Washington area.
