Please help
I have call in a month advance to make sure that my agreement with Sprint PCS is over and I was told that my last day of my agreement is on April 13. I give myself a week or two after the last day of my agreement to switch my plan from Sprint to T-Mobile. I made my switch on around April 26. A month later, I received a bill from Sprint with the charge of the cancellation fee of $150.00. I gave them a call that same night I received the bill. An unprofessional manager speak with me with an inappropriated tone and told me that my agreement end on April 30. I ask him a simple question and he could not respond to my question. My question was, "why would I cancel my phone just few days before my agreement ended? Why would someone at Sprint PCS give me, customer, a false information led up to a payment that I was not accounted for?" Sprint also charge partial payment in my credit card without my consent. Please give me justice.
