I ordered one Chop Wizard. When my bank statement came I had two charges on it. One was for $33.60 and the other was for $151.20. The charges were shown as Nex Chop Wizard.
I called the number on my bank statement and was told to ship the extra ones back when I received them, that they had already shipped and i would be given credit back for these. The purchase was made on March 18. It supposedly shipped on March 19. Today is April 23.
I called back to the company on 04/21 and was told to fax the bank statement showing the charges and that I would have to pay shipping and handling on all of this merchandise.
This is the biggest rip off I have dealt with in quite awhile and something needs to be done about this fraudulent company.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
