You call the tv number and an automated system immediately asks for your credit card number, and you think you'll get a live person. The3 automated system only tries to up sell through a series of voice prompts requiring a "no" or "yes" response. After countless offers that also reduce the price for the purchase for a second slap chop, it thanks you for a trial membership which doesn't "recognize" your "NO" response and then hangs up. You then end up with a $41 dollar charge on your bank statement. I called the customer service number and they said it already shipped. Funny but shipping was supposed to be 4-6 weeks unless you paid an additional amount that would make 2-3 weeks.
I ordered this on 1-31 saturday, and it suppossedly shipped by 2-2 monday. (I didn't pay for expidited shipping) Of course she couldn't credit my account because it had supposedly shipped already. When I asked, "OK when will I receive it then?" The answer was 2-3 weeks.
The rep claimed to be only the shipping company and had no ph number for the company itself.
This is about the scamiest operation I've ever seen.
