I won 1,900, 000 and needed to send a $19.99 processing fee

I received a letter today, 04/21/07, that I had won $1,900, 000 from the American Prize Reports and all I needed to do was send in a processing fee of $19.99. I thought it was a little funny when the address on the return envelope was a P.O. Box. Thank goodness we have the internet to look up scams.
