I recieved i letter in the mail that says that if i send back a fee of $19.99, i will definitely receive the entire $1,900, 000.00 in cash and prizes

I received a letter from american prize reports or a.P.R.in farmingdal, ny 11735-9194.. The letter says that if i send a fee of $19.99 by the 1st of the next month i would definitely receive the entire $1,900, 000.00 in cash and awards... instead of sending them the money because it sound way to good to be true, i looked them up in a internet search and found that they are a fraud company...
