I purchase furniture under the 90 day same as cash. I left my credit card information on file with the store. The stipulation was to have my approval; yet the store stop honoring this process and ran my card as needed. I phoned in to have my credit card process to pay off an laptop and was told that I didnt and attempted to charge me an additional 500. I called to speak to store manager and she was ignorant and would not listen. I filed BBB, called Attorney General and waiting for feedback. The employees called me from numbers that were not the store numbers (773.874.7835,773.621.5986, & 708.655.2018. The Assistant Manager told me to throw some D's on my complaint. I do not understand what that means. I have over paid for numerous items.
