Ripoff Fraudulent Billing and Very deceitful practices!

I wrote the following to the BBB.

I purchased a package from Dish Network that they're website said would be a total monthly payment of $45.97 a month. I have been paying nearly double that since the beginning. I have contacted the customer care department on 3 occasions to dispute this. The first time I was told that I needed to send in a rebate form that I did not know about until this point and this would bring it down $10 dollars a month (I sent the form in 3 months ago and still have not received the rebate). The rest of the increase was due to my local channels and because I don't have my receivers connected to phone lines and an additional receiver. The phone line I can understand but the local channels and the additional receiver were already selected when the site gave me my monthly total. The second time I called I was told that they were sorry about the web site but the bill stands. The third time I called was asked to walk through my ordering process with him so he could see hoe i had received this pricing. The web site had changed since I ordered, however I copied each screen into a PDF document when I ordered the first time.

I asked him for an email address so I could send him the document and he proceeded to tell me that they do not have email. I then asked him for a fax number so I could fax him the pages and he then informed me they do not have a fax. Although hard to believe that a state of the art company such as this does not have the 2 most used forms of document communication I continued to try and resolve the issue with him. He continued to insist that I go to the web site and walk through it. He told me that the website had not changed since I ordered. I told him I could prove that it had indeed but I could not show him due to the lack of a form of communication for the proof. I then asked to cancel the service. He said that if I canceled I would be required to pay an early termination fee. I told him that I don't think that applied due to their breach in the contract not meeting the pricing that they gave me. He said did you read the small print, It says that they reserve the right to change the pricing whenever we want to. I said that this is a pretty shady way of doing business and that that statement would be understandable if it were due to a change in service or an annual increase but this situation doesn't fit those parameters and to nearly double the price is unacceptable. He said that the bill stands.
