Shirestone Custom Countertops, aka - Counterfit Systems, owned by Matt & Debbie Jecker of Nixa, Misouri. Unfortunately after years of working in conjunction with the Jeckers's to deliver a quality product it has been brutally evident that this is just a sales scam. The product is truly unique in looks and appeal but is unimpressive in performance and customer satisfaction. A folksy approach with a healthy dose of "Gee Whiz" is delivered but little else of real value. Product failure are frequent, support is elusive and many have been hurt by this over dressed "pig" with lipstick. Failure rates are very high amoung dealers, many experienced countertop installers have completely dropped their represerntation of the Shirestone products. New Dealer training is a "JOKE" which is cetain to help promote the repeated tale of dealer failures and customer outrage. Morally and ethically corrupt in their business practices, half truths and mis/dis - information is a standard staple. This is nothing more than a fraud on the consumer and the prospective dealers done with complete knowledge of the product shortcommings and with intent to harm all involved parties.
