Had a new bay window put in for the living room. Noticed that the windows did not seal when they were closed. Contacted the business and even took pictures. You can see the gap in the frame work. The actual glass sections of the window were replaced once and still the same problem. Contacted the company again and this time I was told it was my fault that the windows did this.
The manager of the company told me it was because I had a humidifier on my furnace and that caused the windows to warp. Too bad he never came to my house, he would have found out that I do not have a humidifier on my furnace.
After I told him this, he then said that I had heavy curtains which caused the moisture to be trapped, again I asked him to come to the house and show me the heavy curtains, which I don't have.
Still the problem is not resolved, but i still have a gap where there shouldn't be one. This only cost me around 2,500 dollars and they won't do a thing to correct it.
