My husband began working for MPS in late December. Per his contract, he was to receive a commission per sale, plus a % of the fees in residual per month for each processing customer. This residual was to last as long as the business had MPS for their service (and was not tied to his continued employment with MPS).in that time, he made several sales of Processing Services.in March, he and his manager left for another company. With that move, the President of the company, Simon, has refused to pay my husband and his manager for the sales they made, and the resulting residuals. He and the other employees refuse to answer the phone, emails, and other correspondence relating to this matter.
