A banking company that can't account. When using credit card many times after card has been already paid in full, yet is denied for insufficient funds. Even after making a double payment for amount owed capital one can't seem to add 1 plus 1 equals. They acknowledge double payment yet still insists on denying card with zero balance. After talking to more than 8 people on the 800 number about such problems, the problems continue to exists. This company will only allow a percentage of payment and continue to keep the rest for up to 6 full business days with on line payments. Though they acknowledge not one payment has been turned down my my bank they still insist that it is their policy to with hold funds. Not only is it embracing to be turned down while making purchases on a card that you have paid off in full, but it is this company's policy to make up any excuse at the time while apologizing for the trouble. For get about using the on line website, it is never up to date and is as useless as the credit card. I will soon be finding a new credit card to carry in my wallet.
