I went into this Macy's a couple of weeks ago because this mall is much less crowded then the new mall we have. I was looking for a piece of fine jewerly and had the piece picked out that I wanted (appx. $300.00)...
Stood there... Watched several people from different departments "chat it up" with one another - Stood there... None of these associates offered to get anyone in jewelry department to help me - Decided to go to a different store - On my way out see the jewelry associate standing there - doing much of nothing - Went to Sears got the same EXACT - I mean EXACT necklace for $80.00 cheaper...
When did it become my job to look for someone to help me so that they get the commission...???
Macy's is new in this area - they sure dont live up to their name!
