Bad customer service!

I recently bought a double-wall stove from Sears on line. At that time of my purchase, I had been provided the choice to pick a shipping date and an installment time. I picked my times based on that which was accessible on the Sears on line diary. Your day that my stove was to become shipped, I'd not acquired it. Actually, I wasn't actually increasing OUR speech! I simply wished to understand where my stove was! I'm truly furious in the unprofessional degree of customer support that Sears provides which is NO SURPRISE that Sears isn't the organization it was previously. I'll NOT be producing anymore key acquisitions from Sears since their CUSTOMER SUPPORT HURTS and it is UNPROFESSIONAL! I NEVERTHELESS cannot find my stove to ensure that I will employ my very own company to set up it! I'm like I bought from at two-touch schiester off the road! Sears customer support sucks!!
