Tim Laudan is an independent supplier of credit card terminals. He gets people to sign contracts with Northern Leasing and they WILL NOT let you out of the contract. He doesn't leave a copy of the contract with you, you have to ask for a copy. I have filed a complaint with FTC, Tex. Attorney General, my local district attorney, and no one can help do anything. Tim Laudan gave me a written agreement that he would personally assume the lease on the terminal after 3 mos. If I wasn't satisfied. He has the terminal now and will not return phone calls or respond to any letters written to him. I have mailed letters signature required, and he will not go to the post office and pick them up. He has at least 2 different addresses he uses. If anyone has any advice, I'd sure appreciate it. I've sent off for the Rip - Off Revenge Guide but haven't received it yet.
