I live way out in the country, my name is daniel, i took the phones back 3 times and told them they did not work at my home. I had to cancel service because of no service. Now they are wanting me to pay for breaking the contract when they did not live up to there commitment. I never did get service from them at my home. Be sure where you live verison will work or it's a total nightmare. They will even tell you they will work when they don't and if you keep trying to get help they will hold you off 30 days so you have to pay for that contract, please be careful, this is a very deceptive practice from verizon wireless.
