I just recently purchased my home what a joy!!!
But i also bought HMS warranty just to be safe! What a load of crap.
I did a claim 2 weeks ago after no answer i called back to hear my claim was denied due to ' my fault i dint clean my ac system ' how does some one clean an ac aside from puting the air filtes and in the winter!
Well im fightin this as we speak but i urge u DONT BUY HMS WARRANTY THEY TAKE UR MONEY FAST AND WONT HELP AT ALL'
I have many more to write but i just want to let u know ive read alot about the company!
Called ac and heatin companies wich many wont even deal with them any more because of the same no payment of services
I really would loveeeeee to find may more people and some way make them honor the warranty in wich everyone buys just to find out theyll only find a way not to honor claims and just take ur money!
