Diamond Essence
Wrong billing charge and misleading advertisement. Ripoff

My husband purchased a ring from this company as a gift to me on Valentines Day 2005. It is advertised at the top of the list as a valuable simulation set in 14K solid gold. He was billed for ring 1360 ($189) and received ring 1305 ($129) (2 tone). The ring band faded within a few months, as I didn't wear it often. He said he ordered 1305.

They advertise life time guarantee, but it is on the fake stone, not on the band. When I found his receit and catalog months later, I called the company and spoke with a lady who informed me of the above information and that there was a 30 day guarantee, after that, they aren't responsible. This ring looks just like the cheap rings at the discount stores for $10.95. I am so disappointed that people are allowed to rip people off like this.

This was to be the simulation of the ring he wants to buy for me, but is the real thing. BUT I can't wear this cheap thing out in public.
