On dec 22, My wife ordered novelty truck nuts from nutz for trucks. One month later we still have no product. I emailed them after the phone call only directed me to do. It would'nt let talk to a real person. Then they said it was lost in the mail and they were going to ship new one out. Almost a month later still no product. Within that time I had emailed them and they sent a reply with nasty tone to it. All I want is product or the money. They also charged twice for 1st and second merchandise.
