Ordered vacuum from informercial in May. $234.74 was charged to my account May 31 but never recieved order. Tried contacting company several times over the last three weeks but couldn't get through over the phone. Tried emailing them and recieved message that someone would get back to me within 24 hours but no one did. I emailed again several times and recieved the same standard message. I cannot get through to a live person and do not know how to get my merchandise. I've only gotten reply emails of the same lie.
