In Nov with -0- beginning balance, Supra Telecom (ST) billed me for 4 months of service. To date, they have not refunded the overcharge. ST directs the amount of the bill from my checking account, which has always had a high balance and is open.
On Jan 30 I received a letter from ST stating my account was past due and service would be discontinued as of 02/07/07. I called ST immediately and talked with a Rep who stated they either sent me a refund check or credited my account on 12/02/06. When I disputed this, she checked further and found that ST owed me more than $80; I owe them -0-.
She was to handle the correction and I was satisfied with this resolution. On Friday, February 2nd, I used the phone for an emergency call and found the line disconnected.
Again I called immediately, the Rep had no record of my earlier call, and insisted I owe them. So I have no land line until at least Monday and cannot talk with Customer Service until then.
As soon as I am made whole, I plan to switch service, even though this is the first problem I have had with ST since 2002. I no longer have any confidence in them.
