Drive financial is harrassing and uses unfair collection practices. Drive does not follow Federal Debt Collection Practices laws.in fact their rep stated that she does not have to follow those laws because she is not collecting on behave of a 3rd party.
I have a recorded voice message that one of their reps left for a 3rd party discussing personal info about why she was calling. During the message she also told a lie that the account was being reviewed for closure which a manager later stated it was not.
I'm sick of Drive getting away with breaking the law and harrassing their customers.
