Unauthorized ACH from bank account, missing payments, and harrassing phone calls ripoff

Please add me to the class action lawsuit drive financial. First started with a missing payment of 364 from me back in 2003. From then on it was hell for 4 years. I have been harrassed. I have had transactions taken out of my account twice instead of once with out my authorization and harrassing phone calls several times a day.
