On 1/24/07, I went online and bought a-one year support card with 250 moments along with a reward of 250 additional moments utilizing my charge card. Once I began to enter the signal I had been provided I obtained an incorrect signal concept.
I finally named TracFone and after going thru many selections, I had been ultimately ready to talk to a person support agent. These were from some Asian nation. The back ground sound from the rest of the customer support reps was so noisy that I really couldnot write out what she was saying in my experience. I actually donot think she might hear me both.
I finally asked to consult with her boss. Evidently she'd to go somewhere to obtain him since she suggested that she'd go find him. Anyhow, I questioned him if there is anything he could do concerning the noise and so I could hear him since the woman stated she could not do something concerning the sound.
He was eventually ready to dam the sound by starting another space. I told him I'd simply bought the moments with my charge card and attempt to get my telephone to simply accept the signal however it returned unacceptable. Therefore he attempted it and ditto occurred. Therefore he went thru a number of 5 various rules which seem to have set the moments on my telephone.
I later tried my telephone but couldnot obtain a dialtone, couldnot spot or get calls. I called back and went thru all of the selections again. After I eventually got a live person about the telephone I told them what had occurred which means this individual examined this out and advised me that the moments have been "voided" after I noticed that I told him to credit my charge card and he mentioned that they mightnot do this.
I told him I'd simply bought these moments and my telephone was not working plus they were not ready to obtain it to function they have to return my income. He mentioned they do not provide discounts or credit anyones charge card. I requested to talk to his boss who also mentioned that. He caused me going thru 5 models of rules without any chance.
I told them when they could not provide me the support they need to return my cash, he offered me a Conversation # and explained he was linking me to some individual who could credit my charge card. While this individual arrived about the point I offered them the Conversation quantity and informed them I had been suppose to obtain a credit of $99.99.
This client agent informed me they mightnot do this and so I stated nicely I had been informed that I had been being attached to somebody that could provide me the credit and that I questioned him for connecting me using the individual who could help me. Then he mentioned they did not provide discounts. I expected him for connecting me to his boss and when I spoke for this new customer support consultant I had been informed they do not provide discounts.
I slept about the telephone with one of these ensemble for more than 4 hours and also the only point I achieved together was providing them with $100 for nothing. Heck I'd have now been happier to hit a complement watching my cash burn.
I sent a note towards the BBB plus they onward my concept to TracFone who stated the problem have been solved therefore the BBB shut this without obtaining verification from me and so I imagine they're no aid in the end. All I'd like would be to get my hard earned cash back and simply ignore any type of telephone support from their website. I actually donot believe that I'm being uncommon.
