We went in and filed our taxes, on 1/24. And were approved for the one to two day loan they tell you on the spot. And then when i checked they said the bank said no. That kind of threw me because they deducted the money from our taxes and told us we should have our money no later than 1/26. And now they are telling us we have to wait eight days. I truely believe that is bad buisness practice, and we have went through them 3years in a row. I believe that they should show there customers more respect than that, because there not honoring there word, but takeing peoples money. For services they really don't give, then they wanna say we have to wait, 10 to15 day's, and when i called the bank they said we just changed our mind and couldn't give an explanation. That is truley bad buisness to tell people one thing and do another. We had already for gave them for the person who filed our taxes in 2005 and ended up oweing the irs because of there mistake, and we had purchased the peice of mind which in no way helped us, and still went back without a grudge. I would tell everyone that the little saying they have we got people is a lie. And to find someone else to do your taxes or do them yourself because, there buisness ethnic is all wrong, it's legal binding when you sign papers, and they just decide no we will do this our way, if theres a lawyer who see's this and will take me and my husband on i would appreciate this because it's just plain wrong...
