I gave Adrena Lawrence my w-2s to do my income taxes because she said she could do taxes and that she would do them for me. I gave her my w-2s in February.in March I asked her about my taxes and she said she had done the taxes.
I asked her to bring the papers to my house so I could sign them, and gave her directions to get to my house and she claimed she could noy find my house. I asked her about my w-2s again and she said she would bring them to me. Never saw her. I called her job and she said she would bring the papers that night when she got out of school at Gaston College to be an Accountant, NOT!!! And that she would put them in my mailbox. Never did get the papers or w-2s. If other peoples mail can stay in my box over night why werent the papers there when I got up the next Morning. Then she called me and said that she sent the w-2s off on April 15 the deadline for taxes and that she had to forge my name on my tax papers to get them off on time.
Now she will not give me my copies of my w-2s or my tax papers
she wont return my calls or anything. I dont think a Tax Person like that should be doing anyone elses taxes. I did not think in my wildest dreams that she would do this to me, and she calls herself a friend, NOT!!
