Contracted with company for video for 6-3-06, talked a great game, payment completed night of the affair— since then, almost no contact& after multiple calls, told in September the tape was with the editor and almost ready - since then multiple calls, emails and they haven't returned a single one to provide updates. This was a once in a lifetime event— glad we have pictures also.
Unfortunately also, we got their name through a friend who is active in the party planning and organizing business— not only is she apalled by what has happened, it could have been disastrous for her small business if this happened to a client of hers.
This has been reported to Better Business Bureau, Maryland State Attorney General"s Office Consumer protection Agency and the local news media have been contacted.
Next step is to spread the word to other event planners.
This is apparently a nationwide company& report it to your local BBB and State Attorney General.
