Problems with Pinnacle credit services
Harassment, violations of FDCPA, unwilling to discuss accounts, valid information, remove inaccurate information, etc...
Here's what you can do:
Contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Attorney General's Office, and Consumer Protection Division.
They just lost a case for collecting debts in W. Virginia w/o a license and unlawful charges and fees were sited. Review the report http://www.wvrecord.com/news/newsview.Asp? C=186044 and http://www.ftc. Gov/os/1998/01/pinncmp. Fin.htm.
The actual law suit is on the net, I think it occurred on October 26th or 27th.
Consumers who are interested in more information on how to dispute a debt may visit the Attorney General's website at www.wvago.Us or contact his Consumer Protection Division at 304-558-8986 or 1-800-368-8808.
