Warranty ins.Co. Cannot fix furnace for 13 days in below freezing weather cheapest way for them to resolve problem and im freezing

Furnace went out on 1-12-07. The parts i need cannot be available until 1-24-07 or after. The furnace is 11 years old. Old republic wants me to freeze for 13 days to save them
money. If the parts or unavailable they should put in a new furnace. The cost of fixing the old one i am told will be over $1400. Oo. They are saving money and im cold, i paid them over $300.00 for the coverage.
