DTE Home Appliance Protection Warranty - Home Protection Warranty

I have had the DTE Home Appliance Protection plan with Green Back for several years. My furnace needs to be replaced and I have called DTE to get my $750 credit towards a new furnace. I have called 6 times and have gotten 6 different answers. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 3 times and have always been told I will get a call back. I have yet to get a call. I don't mind if the $750 takes some time to get but I need a guarantee that I will receive the $750. I need to buy a furnace in June so I can take advantage of the manufactures rebates. I do not want to lose out on the rebates and they require the furnace to be bought and installed by the end of June. It is SO frustrating dealing with these customer service people that can't seem to answer a question if it isn't in front of them on their computer screen. All I want is assurance that I will get my $750 within a reasonable time. I don't need it overnight!!! I must have received $1,000's of dollars in service calls over the last 2 years on my furnace so you would think DTE would have no problem giving me the $750 and never service it again. The new furnace comes with a 10 or 15 year parts and labor warranty so DTE won't pay anymore out on my furnace. Why does something so easy have to be SO complicated because people can't think outside the box and make a business decision... Help!!!
