Ruined my hair would not refund my money spent $500 to get it fixed, ripoff

In November I went to Peter Coppola hair salon in Westport, over $350 later, I left with ORANGE roots (yes copper penny orange) and white highlights.

The hairdresser told me to come in the next day and she would fix it no problem. This woman told me she started the color department of Peter Coppola in NYC and was an "Expert on Blonde". When I came in the next day to have my hair fixed, after two tries it just got WORSE!!! She said she could not fix it and would not charge me. (But they STILL wont credit my card) I left crying with orange roots and white hightlights. Had to go back to my old hairdresser to fix the mess.

When I told the owner he had a fit and started yelling at ME. He would not refund all of my money, the guy is a nut case!!! He was screaming on the phone like a mad man.

WARNING... STAY AWAY, this salon has no idea what they are doing with color!!! In Greenwich is MUCH MUCH better!
