Ruined my hair and did nothing to rectify the situation Ripoff

This is the first letter that I sent to Richard Kroll. He never responded until I sent a letter to the Better Busines Bureau. He offered to re-do my hair "himself". What person would want to go back to a salon that initailly turned your hair green?!? A full refund is the ONLY acceptable answer.
The letter reads as follows:

I would like to complain about the service that I received from your salon on July 14.

It was my first time there and Michael was my stylist. I made an appointment to have my roots retouched and a haircut.

I told Michael that I wanted my roots retouched and explained that I wanted to the color to be slightly darker than the rest of my hair because the color tends to fade. I told him that my hair turns red if the color has a gold tone and that my former hairdresser used an ash color to even the shade.

Michael mixed the color and started applying to the back of my head. Before I had realized what he was doing, he was applying the color to my entire head and not just the roots. When I realized what he was doing, I explained that I only wanted my roots touched up. He said that he would stop and try to fix it. I told him not to because the entire back of my hair had color on it and I did not want two-tone hair. He should have clarified ALL of what I wanted before he started. I had recently had highlights done and he covered up the highlights with the color. Why would any salon cover obvious new highlights???

Once he started to cut my hair, I told him that I wanted a triangle with my side bangs and even made a motion with my hand to show the area that I was talking about. I asked him if he knew what I meant by the triangle cut and he assured me that he did. He told that the triangle cut was based on origami (?)

He started to cut my hair and I noticed 3-4 inches of layers coming off in the back. I told him that the triangle only applied to my side bangs and he said that's not the way that I was taught. Again, he should have clarified any questions. I asked for side bangs and he cut my hair in an upside down V formation and was anything but side-bangs.

When he started to blow-dry my hair, I noticed the color was off. I asked him if it looked green to him and he said that it did not. I thought that the lights in the salon made it look different than it actually was. When I got home and looked in the mirror, it had a definite green tone.

I was leaving that Friday for two weeks on business. I had to meet with clients and obviously could not go with green hair. I choose to go to another salon to have it fixed. The hairstylist told me that the color resembled the color of mold. They had to strip the color and apply low-lights to give it contrast.

I am requesting a full refund of $130.00 plus the $40.00 tip that I gave to Michael for the following reasons.
I asked for root application and NOT full color
My hair was GREEN
He gave a completely different cut than what I asked for and cut off inches. I am stuck with a horrible haircut and can do nothing until it grows back.
I had to spend more time and money to get it fixed.
My hair was healthy before I came there and now is over-processed. The color
is still not what I want but do not want to risk putting highlights on over - processed hair.

My hair is very important to me and I do not mind paying for quality service. However, nothing was done that I requested and had to spend my valuable time and money to repair the damage that your stylist inflicted.
