I noticed three charges—$61.02 each—on my credit card statement for March, April, and June (strangely, not May). After finding your sight I called the phone numbers given. If someone ever answered, I was immediately put on hold. Finally, after three days of persistant calling, I actually got to speak with a human. He said my credit card would be credited for the first two charges, but the third would have to wait for "managerial review" to make sure there wasn't any more activity on that account. One week ago I received the first credit of $61.02, but am still waiting for the other two. MattAlbuquerque, New Mexico
