Billing Managers - AT&T lost my check because of wrong PO box on their envelopes had me put a stop payment on the check told me they would reimburse me for it & did not instead charged me $25 for INF

Used to do not obtain my normal payment from AT&T. Understanding how much the bill is regular so when it's due, I delivered AT&T a check to protect the statement. The only real tackle I'd for AT&T was the return handle about the cover of a classic statement. That's where I sent it.

the following month, I obtained a statement for that present month and overdue costs about the prior month. I had been upset in the last due costs and named AT&T payment. I discussed that I'd delivered the check and wherever I delivered it and exactly why.
