I charged a future salon service. It was approx. $300.3 days later, I changed my mind because I didn't hear good things about the salon. I called back. To ask for a refund to my card, and was told that it was charged as a "gift" or "gift card service" so they could not reimburse me even if I had the receipt.
The manager there said that all the girls there have been tellling people that there is no refund. I asked her, "Can you be absolutely sure, without a doubt tell me that I was told this? Because I am telling you I wasn't. If I was told this in the begining, I would not have charged $300 at that time." She responded with, " You have 2 years to use it."... (I thought so..)..
