Be weary of this company and its friendly smiles or kind words. My husband and I are both Corporals in the United States Marine Corps. My husband paid a great deal of money to Bellaviva Salon for their services while he was on deployment in Afghanistan. He paid to get my hair done as an anniversary gift. First, they lied about how much the job was going to cost and charged us over 1000.00 for services that should have cost no more than 200.00. Next, the salon charged us for merchandise that they are currently holding at the Salon. Third, the Salon manager and employees could not give us a detailed receipt of charges. The Salon employees fed both of us lies concerning the transaction on several occasions. Last, when I approached the manager with a simple request for the merchandise the manager declined my request. The Salon keeps the merchandise to ensure that the customer returns for touch ups that cost 100.00 dollars per hour or returns to get hair restored which costs 100.00 per hour. They do not tell you these details prior to charging your card. They quote you $45 dollars every two months for maintenance and do not inform you of any other charges. I urge anyone to think twice before visiting these salons.
